What size should I order?
Our swimwear generally runs true to size. We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide, which includes specific measurements for our signature Italian Lycra. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for extra coverage.
How long does international shipping take?
We offer express worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery generally takes 2-5 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that sale items are final sale.
How do I care for my ALT Swim pieces?
To maintain the quality of the fabric, we recommend hand washing your swimwear in cold water with a mild detergent immediately after use. Always dry in the shade and avoid rough surfaces to prevent snagging.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
Are your swimsuits padded?
Most of our styles are designed without padding to achieve a sleek, second-skin fit. However, many of our tops are double-lined with high-quality fabric to provide maximum support and prevent transparency.
