We want you to feel confident and empowered in your ALT Swim pieces, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for items in original condition. If your fit isn't perfect, we accept returns for store credit or size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all swimwear is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags and hygiene liners; then, securely pack the items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
